• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
• Business information: Salon name, address, number of employees, services offered, and pricing.
• Client records: Client names, contact details, appointment history, and service preferences that you input or import into the platform.
• Payment information: Payment card details and bank account information processed through Stripe. Artie AI does not store raw card numbers.
• Usage data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and feature interactions to help us improve the product.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Artie AI platform.
• Process transactions and send related information, including payment confirmations and invoices.
• Generate analytics, health scores, ROVI scores, and other business intelligence features.
• Send administrative notices, product updates, and marketing communications (with your consent where required by law).
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests for customer support.
• Monitor and analyse usage trends to improve user experience.
• Detect and investigate fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in secure data centres. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to production data.
• Regular security audits and penetration testing.
• Automatic backups with point-in-time recovery.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the Artie AI platform. These include:

• Stripe: For payment processing and Stripe Connect payouts. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For cloud hosting, database infrastructure, and file storage. AWS is certified under ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Analytics providers: We may use anonymised, aggregated analytics tools to understand platform usage. These tools do not have access to your personally identifiable information.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Aggregated, anonymised analytics data from which individuals cannot be identified may be retained indefinitely to improve the platform.
